🔁 Return Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition/packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
  • A return must be initiated with prior approval via WhatsApp (012-391 7330).
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
  • Installed or tested electrical parts
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Wrong part ordered by customer (please confirm compatibility before purchase)
  • Customized or special-order parts
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective part).

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any part is damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 days of delivery for replacement.

🚚 Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
Delivery Methods:

🧭Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

  • Standard Lorry Delivery – 1–3 working days
  • Courier Services (e.g. J&T, Skynet) 

🌊East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Courier Services (e.g. BrightStar, Sirius) – Estimated 1–5 working days, depending on location and courier.
  • Sea Shipping (Economy Option) – Estimated 3–4 weeks. Cheaper, but slower. Ideal for bulk or low-priority orders.

🏍️Same-Day Local Delivery (Klang Valley)

  • We offer on-demand delivery via Lalamove or GrabExpress for urgent orders within the Klang Valley.
  • Additional charges apply, depending on distance and size.
Shipping Fees:
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight/size.
Notes:
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, public holidays, or location-specific issues.
  • For urgent or bulk orders, feel free to contact us to choose the best shipping option.
🛡️ Warranty Policy
We provide a 3-month limited warranty for selected auto parts, including alternators and starters.
✅ This warranty covers:
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Malfunctions under normal use
❌ This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Burnt, short-circuited, or physically damaged units
  • Modified or tampered parts
  • Improper installation or compatibility errors
📌 Important:
  • All returned items under warranty will be inspected.
  • Warranty claims will be rejected if the part shows signs of burning or modification.
  • We highly recommend professional installation for all electrical parts.
